If a tool is broken, gives a wrong result or is missing something you need, the quickest way is the problem report page (the "Report a problem" link at the bottom of each site opens it too): sign in with Google to send, attach screenshots if you like, and my reply appears under My reports on that page.
If you have no Google account, or for collaboration enquiries and requests such as deleting an account or removing content, these channels are all welcome:

The problem report page lets you attach the page path and your device details if you choose; if you report a bug through the channels above instead, please include the device, the browser and the steps you took, so the problem can be reproduced.
Account deletion, content removal and rights notices
The requests mentioned in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service all start here: deleting an account and the data held on the server, finding out or correcting what this site holds about you, removing an English Shadowing video page or other content, and infringement notices from rights holders.
- Send a private message or an email, do not post it publicly: these requests usually involve your account details. Of the channels above, private messages to the Facebook page and email (casper.lecturer@gmail.com) are not public; if you have no Facebook account, please use email. Comments on GitHub, YouTube and the blog are all public, so please do not post your email address or account details there.
- Please include:
- Which tool, and what you want done (delete an account, access or correct data, remove content, or a rights notice).
- To delete an account or access your data: the Google account email address you signed in to that tool with, so the account can be found. Kaomoji Garden does not store email addresses, so give your nickname instead; you can also delete a Kaomoji Garden account yourself from "My account" once signed in. Problem reports can be deleted, one at a time or together with the account, under My reports on the problem report page.
- To remove a page or content: the URL of that page.
- For a rights notice: which right you are asserting, whether you are the rights holder or acting for one, and the URL where the content appears.
