Office Tools is a set of free tools for everyday office admin work. Everything runs in your browser, and no sign-up is required.
Everyday office tasks
We build tools for small, repetitive tasks that fall to office admins, HR staff and executive assistants: counting days, adding up hours, comparing time zones and cleaning up lists.
Office Tools is the English section of Pocketool, a collection of free tool sites run by an independent developer in Taiwan. Every tool is free to use.
How we choose tools
We look at what office workers search for and where existing tools are slow, cluttered or missing a step.
We put ease of use ahead of ads, and each tool explains the rules behind its results (for example, which days count as business days) so you can check them.
What happens to your data
What you type or paste is processed in your browser. It is not uploaded, not added to the URL, not sent to Google Analytics and not saved in your browser storage (localStorage).
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is used. They record page views, which features were used, the category each tool picked, the referring site, country, browser type and page speed. The privacy page has the details.
Found a mistake?
If a result seems wrong or a tool does not work, use "Report a problem" at the bottom of any page (you sign in with a Google account). If you do not have one, use the Pocketool contact page.
